Doing exercise together
We live for today,we’re very busy for our work and life every day.Actually,we do everything for earning more money,maybe we almost forget to do exercises.we all know the salary is higher but the stress is heavier nowadays.So let’s do exercises together.Doing exercises can help us to relax and it’s good for our health.
In fact, keeping good health isn’t difficult. First, I want to know “what sports do you like?”many sports are applicable for everybody, such as: playing basketball, weights-lifting, running, doing yoga,walking, doing stretching,going hiking and so on.No matter which ones you like,if you usually do them ,I think you might be a fitness freak.
I am not good at badminton.Maybe you will ask me”How often do you play badmintion?”I usually play it twice a week,I always play it with my friends on Tuesday and Sunday mornings,I can’t play it well,but I love it and I’m crazy about it.Lin Dan is my favorite player,he’s one of the most famous badmintion players in our country, he can play badminton wonderfully. I’m a big fan of him. I want to be a famous player like Lin Dan but I must practice as much as possible. Even when I don’t know how often he does it but I believe Lin Dan had spent a lot of time practicing. No pain No gain. We can’t see that he’s tried for practicing. So if I want to win,I must spend more time than others. Never give up Easily.I need to do it step by step,because we often say”practice makes perfect.” By doing this, I’ll be a successful person.
Angel, what kinds of sports or exercises do you like? Maybe doing yoga is applicable for you. Maybe you’re really a beautiful girl but doing yoga can keep your slim, if you keep in great shape and younger, Please do yoga every week, you’ll be more charming.
Finally,I believe everyone has already realized doing exercises is important for our health. Let’s do exercise together.
